Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over $50.（except clearance products）

For example, if you order a cup, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 7-14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-19 business days.

Note for taxes:
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as USA,Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

The super savings option will take 7 to 30 business days and the faster delivery will take 2 to 5 business days with extra 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order . Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, $ 1.5 will be deducted. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a "Contact Us" help ticket. For orders canceled 24 hours after purchase but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept a cancellation request.

Returns

Our products can be returned within 7 days. Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, in unused condition, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact and purchased directly from our website. If the item does not meet these criteria, it does not qualify for a return or exchange.
 (Important notice:To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.)

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
